- Performs service/maintenance for residential electrical systems
- Assess systems to determine repair/replacement recommendations to clients
- Communicate to the customer, each service repair and replacement option before beginning work
- Ensure that the client is 100% satisfied with all work upon completion
- Offer customer electrical system maintenance hints & tips to maintain system performance
- Participate in after-hours/weekend duty rotation.
- Electrical experience a plus, but not necessary
- Service experience a plus, but not necessary
- Possess strong communication skills and technical competence
- Fluent in English (reading/writing)
- Able to pass DOT physical/drug screen and background check.
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a solid driving record, and have the ability to obtain a chauffeur’s license
- Capable of working in confined spaces and being able to bend, lift, carry, stoop, crawl, sit, stand, drive, reach above, walk, push, pull, perform fine manipulation, and use hands frequently throughout the shift.
