ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain consistent contact with customers and vendors to address any business needs
  • Lead Manage Accountability (LMA)
  • Initiate and manage all promotional activities for electrical products
  • Maintain high technical knowledge of electrical products
  • Perform “trouble-shooting” for problems relating to electrical products
  • Be Hungry, Humble and Smart; An Ideal Team Player
  • KPI Tracking
  • Technician training, motivation, and assistance
  • Vendor pricing negotiation
  • Ability to achieve gross profit goals
  • Coordinate the purchase of items to meet specific customer needs
  • Recommend to Purchasing Department new product additions and deletions to meet customer demands
  • Assist clients with special requests and problems (supply information, resolve complaints)
  • Prepare and present special quotations
  • Gather competitive information
  • Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction
  • Attend sales and product review meetings
  • Keep records as required
  • Stay abreast of product developments, changes in local codes and consumer preferences
  • Provide performance plans and feedback for assigned staff
  • Monitor attendance of staff and make appropriate recommendations
  • Assist in and/or perform all functions involving the hiring, promoting and releasing of staff
  • Attend daily, weekly and annual meetings
  • Education and training duties as required
  • Other duties/responsibilities as assigned by the President of the company

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Journeyman’s and/or Masters License Preferred
  • College degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred
  • Progressive management experience with demonstrated success
  • Extensive electrical product knowledge
  • Ability to hold self and direct reports accountable
  • Computer knowledge and skills with the ability to learn Service Professor, Inc. business systems

HVAC MANAGER/SALES

JOB SUMMARY

The HVAC Service Manager works closely with the Company Operations Manager to maintain the department’s budget and performance. The qualified candidate will aid in the recruitment, retention, and performance of HVAC technicians and the department. Day-to-day tasks would include assisting field technicians by providing support, product information, after-sale project management and holding them accountable for key performance indicators. They will also address questions and complaints from customers providing exceptional customer service and support.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Performs installation for residential and light commercial plumbing systems.

· Residential plumbing installations.

· Troubleshooting.

· Mentoring, Coaching and Teaching Apprentices.

· Explain the job before and after installation with the client to gain understanding.

· Ensure that the client is 100% satisfied with all work upon completion.

· Offer customer plumbing system maintenance hints & tips to maintain system performance.

· Maintains compliance with all regulatory and statutory regulations adhering to company safety policies.

· Maintains a clean and organized job site and work vehicle.

· Completes each job with a focus on safety, a sense of urgency and with the utmost quality.

· Performs other related duties as required and assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· High School Diploma/GED

· Journeyman’s License (or eligible to test immediately) or Equivalent experience Required

· Able to obtain DOT

· 1+ Years of plumbing installation experience

· Must display strong communication skills and technical competence.

· Possess strong understanding of the most recent codes.

· Must be fluent in English (reading/writing).

· Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

· Must be able to work in confined spaces and be able to bend, lift, carry, stoop, crawl, sit, stand, drive, reach above, walk, push, pull, fine manipulation, and use hands frequently.

· Must be able to pass both drug testing and background check

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving customer issues or concerns.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer requests, issues and concerns per company guidelines

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs installation for residential and light commercial electrical systems.
  • Residential electrical installations ranging from circuit installs to full-service upgrades.
  • Troubleshooting
  • Mentoring, Coaching and Teaching Apprentices

  • Ensure that the client is 100% satisfied with all work upon completion.

SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

Fleet Maintenance– conduct regularly scheduled maintenance; assure timely repairs; conduct regular evaluations.

Maintenance tracking – track vehicle maintenance history in company software.

Pull reports to proactively work with technicians to schedule maintenance & repairs.

Fleet Repairs – Ability to identify, properly diagnose, and perform major repairs.

Work with outside vendors on out-of-scope repairs.

Building & Grounds – Keep vehicles/shop locked and secured at all times; maintain warehouse, vehicles, and grounds in a neat and orderly condition.

Building Maintenance – Perform routine building maintenance & repairs when necessary.

Perform any other duties and tasks as may be assigned.

Shipping & Receiving – assist inventory manager when necessary.

Be available to accept assignments from Manager Monday through Friday and candidates must have the flexibility to work overtime hours when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years auto mechanic experience
Must have a current valid operator’s license and good driving record and ability to operate commercial vehicles while towing trailers at times.
Knowledge and ability to service diesel engines
Ability to read and write the English language
Must be able to work in confined spaces and have a full range of body movements
Must pass a drug test and background check
Basic computer skills.
