A Service Professor Staff Member – Accounting Manager

  • Plans, Organizes and executes financial tasks and projects for the company
  • Completes accurate and timely monthly financials (P&L, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cashflows, Budget to Actual, etc)
  • Potential to join the Service Professor leadership team in making key decisions
  • Manages/Monitors metrics, KPI’s and reports
  • Lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast

What Does It Take?

  • At Least 5 Years Of Financial Management
  • Background checked and Drug Screened
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
  • CPA licensed and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting. MBA is a plus!

A Service Professor Staff Member – Accounts Payable Clerk

  • Reviews all Credit Card invoices for weekly payments
  • Works with our technicians to submit receipts and PO’s
  • Processes all vendor invoices and ensuring discounts are received
  • Ensure Sales Tax, 1099 and COI compliance!
  • A/P reconciliation and review for accuracy
  • Process, print and mail payment checks weekly
  • Keeping all financial information confidential

What Does It Take?

  • BS/BA Degree in Accounting/Finances/Business or relevant field preferred

We are seeking an individual with strong sales experience in the area of plumbing/drain/sewer to join our team! You will be responsible for creating and driving the sales of our plumbing/drain/sewer services.

 

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish customer rapport ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction
  • Perform accurate measurements and collect pertinent information for Installation crews ex: photos/videos
  • Collect customer information and explain financing options
  • Provide customers with professional options based on their needs/wants.
  • Obtain customer referrals and testimonials
  • Scope sewer lines and drains using a video recording monitor, camera and locator.
  • Perform accurate measurements and collect pertinent information for Installation crews ex: photos/videos
  • Work closely with dispatch, installation technicians, and service technicians
  • Document client sale notes
  • Prepare written estimates for our customers; complete and submit all paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
  • Convert opportunities into sales
  • Maintaining pricing to book rates
  • All other duties as assigned by a manager

 

 

QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 3 Years of proven professional sales and customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer proficient
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills / ability to troubleshoot
  • Knowledge in residential and light commercial plumbing is a plus
  • Previous drain/sewer/plumbing experience is a plus
