• Explain to the customer each service and repair option prior to beginning work
• Ensure that the client is 100% satisfied with all work upon completion
• Offer customer 5 Star Service along with hints & tips to maintain system performance
• Be part of the after-hours duty rotation

All applicants must meet the following requirements:

• 2 or more years of service experience; duct cleaning experience preferred
• Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
• Must be fluent in English (reading/writing)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Must obtain chauffeur license and pass DOT physical
• Must be able to work in confined spaces and be able to bend, lift, carry, stoop, crawl, sit, stand, drive, reach above, walk, push, pull, fine manipulation, and use hands frequently
• Must be able to pass both drug testing and background check

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drain cleaning in homes and light commercial settings
  • Provide accurate quotes
  • Completes all required documentation on services and may collect, record and deliver fees to office
  • Maintain an organized, clean and safe work vehicle and work space
  • Maintain quality and accuracy at all times

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with a Chauffeurs endorsement (or ability to obtain asap)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills; must be personable with the customer/member
  • Observes all safety and company regulations when in the capacity of a Service Professor representative

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Some experience in drain cleaning preferred
  • Some plumbing experience preferred

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs installation for residential and light commercial electrical systems.
  • Residential electrical installations ranging from circuit installs to full-service upgrades.
  • Troubleshooting
  • Mentoring, Coaching and Teaching Apprentices
  • Explain the job before and after installation with the client to gain understanding.
  • Ensure that the client is 100% satisfied with all work upon completion.
  • Offer customer electrical system maintenance hints & tips to maintain system performance.
  • Maintains compliance with all regulatory and statutory regulations adhering to company safety policies.
  • Maintains a clean and organized job site and work vehicle.
  • Completes each job with a focus on safety, a sense of urgency and with the utmost quality.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Journeyman’s License (or eligible to test immediately) or Equivalent experience Required
  • Able to obtain DOT and Chauffer’s License
  • 1+ Years of service experience
  • Must display strong communication skills and technical competence.
  • Posses strong understanding of most recent National Electrical Code.
  • Must be fluent in English (reading/writing).
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to work in confined spaces and be able to bend, lift, carry, stoop, crawl, sit, stand, drive, reach above, walk, push, pull, fine manipulation, and use hands frequently.
  • Must be able to pass both drug testing and background check

Preferred Skills

  • 4 Years of residential electrical installation knowledge and experience preferred

JOB SUMMARY:

The HVAC Service Manager works closely with the Company Operations Manager to maintain the department’s budget and performance. The qualified candidate will aid in recruitment, retention, and performance of HVAC technicians and the department. Day-to-day tasks would include assisting field technicians by providing support, product information, after-sale project management and holding them accountable for key performance indicators. They will also address questions and complaints from customers providing exceptional customer service and support.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain consistent contact with customers and vendors to address any business needs.
  • Initiate and manage all promotional activities for HVAC products
  • Maintain high technical knowledge of HVAC products
  • Perform “trouble-shooting” for problems relating to HVAC products
  • Coordinate the purchase of items to meet specific customer needs
  • Recommend to Purchasing Department new product additions and deletions to meet customer demands
  • Assist clients with special requests and problems (supply information, resolve complaints)
  • Prepare and present special quotations
  • Gather competitive information
  • Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction
  • Attend sales and product review meetings
  • Keep records as required
  • Stay abreast of product developments, changes in local codes and consumer preferences
  • Provide performance plans and feedback for assigned staff
  • Monitor attendance of staff and make appropriate recommendations
  • Assist in and/or perform all functions involving the hiring, promoting and releasing of staff
  • Education and training duties as required
  • Other duties/responsibilities as assigned by the President of the company

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • College degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred
  • Progressive management experience with demonstrated success
  • Extensive HVAC product knowledge
  • Computer knowledge and skills with the ability to learn Service Professor, Inc. business systems
  • Ability to interact effectively with customers and staff members
  • Ability to manage time effectively
