Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Social media coordinator

QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Strong problem-solving skills / ability to troubleshoot
  • Knowledge in residential and light commercial plumbing is a plus

JOB SUMMARY:

The HVAC Service Manager works closely with the Company Operations Manager to maintain the department’s budget and performance. The qualified candidate will aid in the recruitment, retention, and performance of HVAC technicians and the department. Day-to-day tasks would include assisting field technicians by providing support, product information, after-sale project management and holding them accountable for key performance indicators. Qualifications:

  • Intermediate user of the Microsoft Office suite, advanced user preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Able to obtain a chauffeur’s license and DOT certification
  • Fork Truck (HI-LO) experience preferred, but not necessary
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to perform projects with a high degree of detail
  • Highly motivated, flexible, and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate with exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
